We all live in an ever shrinking comfort zone. If you spend too much time clinging to the old and familiar, the things that you are comfortable with get smaller and smaller.
Expand your comfort zone by doing something new every day. Write a poem, take up a new hobby, figure out how to crochet, read about fighter planes, draw on some envelopes and mail them to pen pals. Something as simple as changing your hairstyle or rearranging your desk can put you on a fresh path.
